In this paper our guest author Sandra Kröger zooms into the debate around a second referendum on British membership in the EU. It shows pros and cons of such a referendum and then moves on to discuss a central legal issue of a potential second referendum: the referendum question. Concluding, the paper discusses what a second referendum will not achieve and what it might achieve.
